Busy, busy, busy

I'm watching three of my grandkids this morning, trying to transcribe, doing laundry, and gotta get ready to go to my nephew's birthday party in a while...oh, and I bathed both my cats today.

I found a cute hat pattern and have been making hats and scarves for my granddaughters, and I will be making beanies for my grandson and nephews soon and will post those when I've made them

Now, let me see if I can post the picture . . . Okay...there it is.
These are so fun to make and I'm making more in different colors. I can't wait to try all the new patterns I've found on the internet lately. I'll post more as I make them. Let me know what you think.

Happy Saturday!!!! Have a Blessed day!!! :-)

On to October

Boy the months have just flown by since I last posted here...it was in February when I last posted. My life has really changed quite a bit since then. That's another story though.

Well October is here already...fall, yes, I love fall. I can't say that in California we really have the seasons, but all in all I love the change. I'll post my Halloween goodies soon.

Happy October 1 ... :-)

February is about Love

February is the month of love... and I love making Valentines and giving them out. I made more Valentine toppers for candy bags to pass out. I used my Silhouette SD to cut out the topper and the wording. This was a kit that was sold at the Silhouette Online Store. It was so easy to put together, and I just know my grandkids are going to love them, well, besides the candy...

It's almost the weekend!!!

The weekend's almost here!! Yeah! I've been so busy all week with my transcription work I haven't had much time for crafting. I did finish my felted slippers and they are sooooo cute and soooo comfy...I'll post these this weekend. I love them!

Enjoy your Friday and I'll be back on the weekend to post my slippers and a few other goodies.

Okay...here are the slippers I made. They were crocheted with Paton's Classic wool yarn. I used a pattern I bought from Knotsewcute.com. They're called Ladies easy slippers, and they're really easy to make and are really warm and comfy. I'm planning to make a pair for my mom and my sisters.
